I was watching a new show where people are given a certain amount of money to fix up a house, and then flip it. They purchase fixer ups and then resell for a profit. It was pretty interesting to see how much someone could get for a few weeks worth of work. It appeared that the kitchen, and bathrooms were the major areas they focused on and were able to get at least a 35% profit.
