In the New Year there are alot of people who have made the resolution to get healthy and lose weight. Unfortunately for most this will only last a short while and then they will be back on their normal routine. We have found the most effective ways to get healthy and trim some unwanted pounds is to have a workout buddy. This way you can motivate each other, and those days you don’t feel like working out or feel like heading to the fastfood place, your buddy can be their for support.
