The real estate market has been cooling off in certain areas but remains strong in others. Buyers like myself who are trying to sell their home want the most from their investment and want to partner with a Realtor who knows the area and how to best maximize our asking price. It seems in most cases that the Realtor is looking to get the house and sold as quickly as possible to generate their commission. They will tell that your house is over priced for the market using comparables that may not match up to your property. we had this discussion with our Realtor and she insisted we were to high in this market. It turns that we were right, and the house sold in less than 45 days and we were able to get close to our asking price. Realtors can be a valuable resource as long as they remember it is the customer who is always right.
Real Estate professionals have a place online to find out news and important resources regarding the business. They can get real estate information that is current and fresh and helps them to prepare for the changing market
