Blogs have emerged as a new tool in the word of mouth and consumer generated media frontier. Finding blogs is now common place as almost every company has started a blog to help inform their customers as well as to help promote some new service or product. Even the political candidates have gotten into the blogging business after the results that Howard Dean showed with his grassroots efforts. He showed that by using the web his campaign was able to mobilize large groups on a moments notice to get out and rally for their candidate. They used blogs to get out information about Mr. Dean and other candidates to help or highlight a shortcoming.

The use of blogs has morphed from the friendly blogger posting about their day at work or their most recent date to big business.  We have been blogging for  customers for several months and the results have been amazing.
