If you are looking to travel outside of the US you definitely want to make sure that you have your passport up to date. Starting January 23, 2007, a passport will be required for any travel outside of the US. This means those vacation trips to Canada, Mexico, or the Bahamas will require an official passport. For those planning to travel remember that it takes about 2-4 weeks to get your passport so plan accordingly.
