Searching for a Job using an online service can be very easy, or quite the challenge. I have posted my resume to specific areas on some of the larger sites, and have in turn been called by headhunters or worse some guy trying to get me to join his membership club. At GetTheJob.com they list jobs and careers that are direct from the company. They have over 2 million jobs from direct hire companies only. They state that approx 70% of the jobs in their database cannot be found out on the big commercial sites. This is probably true, as our company would list on a site like this instead of going out to Monster.com or careerbuilders.com.
